Cocktails A-Go-Go: Wedding Bar on Wheels

Hitch up for hooch

Once the ceremony wraps up, the celebration begins—and that means getting drinks into your guests’ hands as quickly as possible. Enter Bellingham-based Old School Trailer Works, whose brand-new bar-on-wheels Airstream, “Revelry,” is the latest bit of old-school flare to hit the local wedding scene. Revelry seats from eight to 10, and comes with a wine fridge to house your hooch, a wireless Bose sound system, flat-screen televisions, bar tools and LED mood lighting, all ready for the party (or after-party).

Just add a temporary liquor license (available at liq.wa.gov; be sure to apply at least 45 days before the event), the alcohol and a bartender for an instant cocktail lounge; $1,500 gets you six hours of celebrating in King County, including delivery, setup, and disposable cups and napkins. And design-savvy brides and grooms, take note: You can apply a custom decal to the Airstream’s shiny aluminum sides for an additional fee (varies by design, inquire for details).
