2. MAGIC WORD

If your venue has a secret rooftop lounge or you’d like to tease the cake flavor, a hidden word game is a cute communication device for your guests, who puzzle over the questions on the tabletop card, created by wedding planner Sheena Kalso of The Invisible Hostess. The highlighted letters in the correct answers spell out your secret message. Cost for supplies, approximately $10

3. HUGS and KISSES

This digitally printed game card from Spokane-based Nicole Mae Paper Design challenges guests to square off for a game of tic-tac-toe, with x’s and o’s, the symbols of love. These little beauties are available with gold-painted or round cardstock letters. $4 per set for cardstock letters; $10 per set for gold-painted letters (includes game board) and a $35 flat-rate design fee

4. LOVE CONNECTION

Thank friends and family in sweet style with Nicole Mae Paper Design’s connect-the-dot cards. Elegantly printed on ultrathick cardstock, the clever design spells out an expression of gratitude when solved. $25 for 10 customizable cards

5. CROSS YOUR HEART

This coral-hued crossword puzzle will test guests’ knowledge—and provide a conversation starter as they confer over 2 down. Created by Pike Street Press, with locations on the Waterfront and in Kirkland, the 8-by-6-inch letterpress design is printed on hand-laid cotton paper. Minimum order of 100 puzzles at $4.25 each

6. FIRST DANCE

Taking a cue from a bygone era, these old-school dance cards from Stephanie Bradac of Mostaza Seed Graphics encourages guests to pencil in dances during the party. Each customizable song-list card includes a black hexagonal pencil and is topped with a rayon tassel. Available in a selection of paper and tassel colors, $165 for 100 cards
