Careylynne Event Planning & Photography
How would you describe what you do? Wedding planning is a fun and creative process that can become overwhelming and stressful. Keeping to a budget and selecting vendors can be time consuming. We don’t want you to stress! It’s our job to know the ins and outs of the industry and we are here to guide you through the process and make recommendations that will make your wedding dreams a reality. We save our clients time and money and ensure that their event is aesthetically pleasing and entertaining for all! Since 1994 Our goal is to create a marriage between client and planner, building trust through hard work, good communication, and dedication with an element of fun. We play many roles throughout the process, sometimes we are there as mediators among family or as negotiators with vendors. It is also our role to be a part of every aspect of the event to ensure it runs smoothly and nothing is overlooked. A proposal is given after an initial 1 hour consultation. We do not charge for the first meeting. Although we do not offer “packages”, it is most popular for our clients to hire us for full service well in advance of the event date to ensure that the best venues and vendors are selected and the best pricing is attained. Every event is unique and our fees are discussed at the time of our initial meeting or shortly thereafter. Our price is $2000. for full planning. Our minimum fee for any event project is $1,200. Yes, this is a very important aspect of the planning process. Many couples have a lot of questions regarding etiquette, as planning a formal event may be a new experience for them. We also are available for destination planning in the US and abroad for an additional fee. Relationships developed with our clients leave them feeling confident that no details are overlooked and we are working in their best interest. We do what is necessary to make the event flawless from start to finish.
