What is the room rental fee?

$2395-$3095, in spring through fall, determined by date; $1195-$1495 in winter months

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? Or do you allow outside caterers?

You must choose one of our 9 Preferred Caterers, selected for their outstanding food and service, and offering a range of menu prices. Use of the caterer’s bartenders is required. You may bring your own beer & wine, and no corkage fee is charged.

What is your cake-cutting fee?

None

What time do you close?

Rental periods end at 11:30pm on Saturdays, and 10:30pm on Fridays & Sundays

Is there adequate parking available?

Off-street parking for up to 200 guests and attendants to direct parking are included in the wedding rate

Do you have a PA system?

Our sound system may be used with your iPod or playlist

Do you have overnight accommodations available?

Our optional Guest House on site sleeps up to 10 guests, with a 2-night minimum. Within a 15 minutes drive, an additional 250 lodging rooms are available.

Do you have ceremony space?

Yes, ceremonies are celebrated outdoors in four garden or tree-bordered areas. Indoors, we seat up to 60 in one room and 120 in the larger room.

Is there anything else you would like me to know?

Near the city, but a world away, Farm Kitchen is a relaxing place where only one wedding per day is celebrated. The renovated barn includes a Bride’s Room and a large commercial kitchen. A Groom’s Cabin on the property is also available. We recommend a selected group of vendors who have delighted many clients here with their expert and professional services.
