How long have you been in the business?

Geoffrey Gilmore Signature was established in 1998.

What is your philosophy on a wedding planners role in helping brides and grooms plan their wedding?

We are a member of your wedding planning team. Our approach is simple…we listen. We believe the more we know about you, the better equipped we are to provide you distinct service. Next, we share customized design concepts and relevant details that reflect your personalities and your styles. And then…we listen some more.

Do you offer packages? If so, please describe.

We believe that we are a member of your team. So our packages reflect that philosophy. Our packages range from consulting with and guiding the DIY couple to full wedding planning.

What is your most popular package? Why?

Day of Coordination and Full Wedding Planning are our two most popular packages. Both packages feature strong support throughout the wedding planning process. We also focus on the logistical details necessary for your extraordinary wedding.

How do you charge? What are your rates?

Our consultation and guidance services start at $75 per hour. Our package prices start at $1,500 depending on each client’s needs.

Are you able to counsel couples on wedding etiquette?

Successfully navigating wedding etiquette and wedding traditions is vital to creating an enjoyable experience for your guests. Customizations of either can be challenging without professional help. We eagerly provide that help.

Do you offer any other special services?

We offer chuppah rental services in the Greater Seattle area. Our chuppahs come in three styles and price points.

We also offer customized design services for weddings and celebrations. Pricing is determined based on all aspects and elements that you chose for your wedding.
