What is your capacity for receptions?

Up to 450 for plated dinners to 600 for stand up reception.

What is your price range for plated dinners and for buffets?

$50.00-$85.00 for plated dinners, $55.00-$75.00 for buffets.

What is the room rental fee?

Waived if food and beverage minimum is met

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? Or do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, the hotel provides all food and beverage service and professional wait staff to service your event

Private events must end by 2:00am.

The hotel offer valet parking only.

All audio visual equipment needs are provided by our in-house audio visual company, PSAV

Yes, we have 346 guestrooms and suites with group rates available for a block of 10 guest rooms or more.

Yes, we have function space available to accommodate ceremonies from 20-450 guests.

Book your wedding and receive up to five complimentary nights* at a participating Hyatt Resort in the United States, Mexico or Aruba.
Offer valid for weddings held by December 31, 2010. Honeymoon must be completed by January 31, 2011.

Our experienced catering and event managers will assist you in all aspects of planning your remarkable day, from picking the menu and on-site activities for your guests to floral selection and photography.

When the cost of your wedding totals the following minimum amounts, you’ll receive complimentary nights at a participating Hyatt Resort of your choice:
