Describe your business:

We are an event services company that offers coordination, bartending and staff services, filling in any gaps to create a seamless event experience.

What type of services or products do you offer?

We specialize in day of wedding coordination, award winning bartending services and party help or event staff. We also have unique accessory rentals to enhance the party experience.

What is your philosophy towards working with couples?

They’re vision is our priority. We will insert our experience and advice when necessary, but the ultimate goal is to hear the client, understand how they want their day to unfold and execute it.

What is the price range for your service or product?

For coordination, we are $2100 with add-on services available. For staffing and bartending, we’re hourly in the $30-$40 range.

Is there anything else you would like me to know?

If a client is working with a non-traditional caterer, like a mobile food truck or BBQ service, it is likely that the caterer is not providing full service staffing. If this is the case, we are an invaluable resource for these couples. No one wants to spend a wedding day setting up equipment or cleaning up a mess.

How would you describe what you do?

Our clients are the visionaries and we are the producers.

How long have you been in the business?

Since 2006 and this is our 9th wedding season.

What is your philosophy on a wedding planners role in helping brides and grooms plan their wedding?

With day-of coordination, we see our role as someone who listens and understands the client’s wedding day vision, then ensure the plan is air tight and logical. We see ourselves as the producer of the client’s day, making sure all of the vendors feel taken care of, heard and know the expectations. With our collaborative approach, we seem to be a vendor favorite year over year. Afterall, we all have the same end goal : a happy couple.

Do you offer packages? If so, please describe.

We just offer the one day-of coordination package. It’s our specialty and we don’t stray from it. We invest about 40 hours into their planning and day, yet we don’t track hours or limit communication with the client. We make ourselves very accessible to our clients throughout their entire wedding planning process.

How do you charge? What are your rates?

We charge $2100 for our Day-of Coordination package, but prices may rise for 2015

Are you able to counsel couples on wedding etiquette?

Yes, it’s included in our package

Do you offer any other special services?

We have staffing and bartending at our disposal to assist couples for pre or post wedding events as well as wedding day needs, like décor set up.

Is there anything else you would like me to know?

There are three of us that coordinate, all equally experienced and priced. Each coordinator does not take more than one wedding a weekend so that we can give our undivided attention to our couple. Not all day-of coordinators can offer this exclusivity.
