What is your philosophy towards weddings?

A couple's photographs should reflect who they are. The best way for me to do this is as a quiet observer, capturing the day as it unfolds. Of course I take posed photographs, but the majority of the images are about "the moment," where the magic is.

What is your price range of services?

Fees begin at $3000 for up to 7-hour of photography

What does this include?

All levels of photography include unlimited number of images captured, hundreds of edited final images, an 11x14 leather-bound proof magazine, a DVD which contains high-resolution files of each image in the proof magazine, and a private online gallery for family and friends.

Do you have packages? If so, what do they include?

I offer various options, most of which include one or more finished albums.

Do you shoot with an assistant?

No. This sometimes surprises some people, but I prefer to work alone. I've refined a method of photographing a wedding that's quick, quiet, and efficient, and I find assistants a distraction.

Will you be the one shooting the wedding or do you hire out other photographers as well?

My clients hire me for my style and vision, and experience, so yes, I am the only photographer. I have photographed weddings with as many as 800 guests and never have any of my couples said there weren't enough great pictures.

What type of film do you use?

I'm primarily using digital capture so the question of which type of film rarely comes up. For the occasional couple that prefers that I work with film, I use 35mm color and B/W negative films.

What is the percentage of color vs. black & white or Sepia film that you shoot?

An approximate ratio is 50% black and white, and 50% color. Group and family photos are usually presented in color.

After the wedding, how long until the proof books are ready?

Approximately 6-8 weeks.

What are your custom print prices? Are any prints included with the packages?

Custom black and white prints prices begin at $25. Standard reprint prices start at $10 for high quality machine prints.
