What is the capacity of your reception location?
The Inn at Port Ludlow offers:
Indoors View space: - Seated Dinner for up to 60 guests
- Multi-room station reception for up to 130 guests
Outdoor View space: - 130 guests on one of our view lawns
What is the rental cost and what does this include?
- We have two outdoor lawns with sweeping mountain and water views as well as two view reception spaces at the Inn itself.
- Rental rates vary based on date/time of year. Please call for rates for your particular date and time of year
- Our indoor reception rooms include tables, chairs, cloths and place settings for up to 60 guests for indoor receptions
- Outdoor lawns for ceremony or receptions do not include rental equipment. However, tents, tables and chairs can be arranged and provided through rental companies at additional costs.
Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants?
The Inn At Port Ludlow provides the catered cuisine, beverages and services for all events at our resort. With the exception of the wedding cake – outside food, beverage and service is not permitted.
What are your dinner prices for a sit-down and buffet?
Our talented Chef can work with you to design a menu to meet your specific vision and tastes whether it be a casual barbeque or custom wine pairing dinner.In low season we can offer casual comfort menus starting as low as $42 per person plus service and tax. On peak season, we have a food minimum of $59 per person plus service and tax.
What is your cake cutting fee?
All wedding cakes are provided by the Bride and Groom from a bakery of their choice. We will cut and serve your cake at $3.50 per person plus service and tax.
Do you have space for doing a ceremony?
We have two exceptional outdoor lawns with sweeping mountain and water views for wedding ceremonies.
Do you have a PA system?
We have an indoor PA system for small intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Is there adequate parking available? Is there a cost?
The Inn has ample parking for guests at no additional charge
Do you have overnight accommodations?
The Resort at Port Ludlow boasts a charming waterfront Inn with 37 nicely appointed guest rooms - each with a gas fireplace and oversized jetted tub. In addition to the inn, we offer an executive waterfront home(s) as well as a variety of condo units. Rates vary based on dates/time of year.
What is your closing time?
Outdoor receptions are permitted through 9:00pm at which time we can relocate indoors for dancing and dessert until as late as 11:00pm.
