Do you offer special group room rates for weddings?
We offer a discounted Wedding Room Block for Guest Accommodations.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of rooms that you can hold for a wedding?
There is a 2 night minimum block of 10 rooms per night required for a Group Discount. The room block is based off of the time of year and resort availability.
When do you have to release any held rooms that will not be used?
Suncadia agrees to allow for a 5% reduction in the "Anticipated Room Night Figures", provided that you make a written request for that reduction between now and thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Do you offer a complimentary room for the bride and groom or anything special for wedding bookings?
Suncadia offers a Complimentary Room Night for the Bride & Groom on the night of their wedding.
What type of amenities do you offer (swimming pool, fitness area, continental breakfast)?
Suncadia Resort Guests have access to our Swim & Fitness Center, Rental Facilities, On Property Shuttles, Complimentary Wifi and Parking.
Is there adequate parking available for overnight guests? Is there a cost for parking?
Suncadia offers ample self-park parking lots as well as the option of Valet in our Resort Garage.
Do you offer shuttle service to the ceremony and back from the reception?
Almost all of our Wedding Venues are within walking distance of Guest Accommodations but any Resort Guests have access to the On Property Shuttle Service.
What is your capacity for receptions?
Suncadia can accommodate Weddings of many sizes ranging from intimate to large with guests reaching up to 400.
What is your price range for plated dinners? For buffet?
Our menu prices begin at $100 per guest
What is the room rental fee?
Venue rentals begin at $2,000 per Venue
Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? Or do you allow outside caterers?
Suncadia is the sole provider of Food & Beverage
