Unveiled: First Blush
It’s love at first sight: From wedding gown fabrics to the faded hues of Instagram snapshots, pale blushes and cream tones are in vogue. Inspired by these soft shades, wedding planner and event designer Steve Moore, the owner of Bellingham-based Steven Moore Designs, created a hot, on-trend combination of light pink, taupe and navy, with refined touches of French lace, ticking stripes and velvet sprinkled in for visual pop. “The combinations of textures, patterns and colors give it a vintage, preppy vibe,” Moore explains. “The result is both strong yet feminine, classic yet fresh, distinguished and approachable.”
