From: Spring/Summer 2015 edition

1. Pour Your Heart Out

Family and friends will drink in these custom flavor-infused vodkas made by talented Bellevue-based wedding planner Tamara Nicole of Simply by Tamara Nicole. Choose between strawberry and basil or fennel and fig, both with bespoke labels calligraphed by Sally Balt of Bellevue-based La Happy. $5 each.

2. In a Jam

Biscuits and jam make an even cuter pair when created by Tamara Nicole and La Happy. Scrumptious biscuits are nestled inside a personalized muslin bag and paired with homemade brandy-peach jam and a spreader. $4.25 per favor, not including calligraphy; calligraphy starts at an additional $2.75.

3. Berry Sweet

Natalie Weinmeister, owner of South Lake Union’s Ginger Bee Events & Planning, lined a balsa wood berry basket with colorful tissue paper and filled it with seasonal berries for a taste of summer. A custom-designed tag, monogrammed with the couple’s initials, and a perky flag, says it all. $2.75 per basket.

4. Bright Idea

Katie Aweida, owner and creative director of the Chinatown–International District’s Wonderstruck Event Design, sandblasted a glass lightbulb-shaped vessel with a “love” filament pattern, painted it gold and filled it with bright yellow pineapple-flavored Jelly Belly jelly beans. A chevron-patterned ribbon name tag has this favor serving double duty, helping guests find their seats. $6 each.

5. On a Roll

The creative team led by Cheryl Nishimoto at Georgetown’s PS Stores created a cracker-shaped favor with peach and mint tissue paper wrapped around a cardboard roll and filled with mimosa- and mint-flavored candies—all tied up with a luxe ivory ribbon. A custom-printed card personalizes the favor with the couple’s names and wedding date. $1.50 each, plus cost of candy.
