Amanda & James
James and Amanda had few
requirements for their big day: wine (James is a Sommelier and the wine
director at El Gaucho), good food and a lively party to celebrate their union. DeLille Cellars became the natural site for the laid back couple to
celebrate their big day.
Wanting to use local vendors that are environmentally conscious, Amanda and James
chose Macrina Bakery to specially make their cake, flowers and cuisine by Blue Ribbon Culinary and music by DJ Soda Pop. Close friend Peter Lynch
officiated, even writing his own version of Oh the Places You’ll Go. An
oyster bar and lots of wine kept the party going.
The adventures didn’t end with the wedding day. Their first day as newlyweds,
Amanda and James, thanks to Evergreen Escapes, went whitewater rafting with 20
of their closest friends and family members.
