Erin & Andrew
Do-it-yourself details made for memorable fun at this rustic wedding. The couple, who met working at Red Robin, wanted a casual, homemade affair, with one-of-a-kind elements guests wouldn't forget.
The day before the ceremony, Erin and her bridesmaids stocked up on fresh flowers from Pike Place Market, arranging them in jars for centerpieces with vintage appeal. At the reception, the newlyweds displayed wedding photos of their parents and grandparents, now framed in an antique window pane and hanging in the couple's living room. Cupcakes from Sugar Rush Baking Company and Andrew's dad's famous chocolate cake (topped with vintage wedding figurines from Erin's favorite antique shop) made for more heartfelt delights, and in lieu of gifts, the couple set open an old-fashioned, "Honey Fund"-labeled suitcase, where guests could leave cards and donations for the couple's honeymoon to Sayulita, Mexico.
For one final toast to the happy couple, the newlyweds, friends and family piled into a limo, and headed to the place where it all began: Red Robin.
