We love the idea of signature wedding cocktails. Not only are unique drinks a cool way to put your personal stamp on the event, but it can be cost-effective, if you eliminate the open bar in favor of one or two drinks that are decidedly the two of you. Inspired by Juniper Berry and Vanilla Bean, the two new flavors introduced last November by Seattle’s Dry Soda, Len Nahajski, mixologoist for Redmond-based Lisa Dupar Catering, developed six signature cocktail recipes for Seattle Bride magazine.

June-i-per Bride
3 oz. ice cold premium sake (ginjo or jumai) or Shochu
3 oz. ice cold Juniper Berry Dry Soda
Fresh lychee fruit

Pour sake directly into champagne flute. Add Juniper Berry Dry
soda. Garnish with a fresh lychee fruit in the bottom of the glass.

Bridal Shower Shandy
6 oz. ice cold lager beer (such as Heineken or Stella Artois)
6 oz. ice cold Vanilla Bean Dry Soda
Extra-long twist of lemon

Pour beer and soda together gently into a chilled pilsner glass and garnish with lemon twist.
