Seattle Bride Fall/Winter 2021

Chic square necks and billowy milkmaid sleeves combine for a romantic, demure look that still has plenty to lend to modern variations. The details of this season’s gowns are focused above the waistline, drawing the eye- and catching everyone’s attention.

Elegant, whispery organza sleeves lend an ethereal element to a gown. Detachable sleeves mean brides have multiple styling options for their big day.

"Porcelain Papillon" gown by Luly Yang
A strapless neckline offers a simple yet flattering detail to a gown without competing with other design elements. This structured silk satin-faced organza ensemble represents understated elegance at its finest. An asymmetrical skirt, draping and layered tulle train makes for a dramatic finish.

A straight horizontal neckline and delicate spaghetti straps are a minimalist’s dream come true. This neckline perfectly frames the collarbone and elongates the neck for a chic, lithe look.

Breezy sleeves add subtle volume and a vintage feel without being dated, as exhibited by this blouse-and-skirt combo. Balance out billowy sleeves with a sleek, curve-skimming silhouette for a neoclassical vibe.

Some people say sleeves can’t be sexy—how wrong they are. Any sweetheart gown can be given allure worthy of Aphrodite by slipping on some gauzy sleeves.

This Renaissance-inspired gown is an ode to ethereal decadence, with its statement-making sleeves giving new meaning to the phrase “arm candy.”

The “Behati” set by Grace Loves Lace
Square necklines can turn playful when matched with floral silk and flowing sleeves, as seen in these romantic separates. The set reveals a bit of skin here and there, evocative of palm trees rather than prairie. Harmony Butcher showcases the set during her stunning ocean-side ceremony.
