Nordstrom merchandise analyst Son Hui Teets first met sales manager Christopher Jones on Match.com, where an instant attraction turned into lasting love. Christopher proposed after four years of dating during a stroll through The Butchart Gardens while on vacation in Victoria, British Columbia.
Blending sleek, streamlined paper goods and signage with lush, autumn-colored florals and greenery dreamed up by Juliet + Lou, their wedding planning team, the pair’s late October celebration was the first catered by Relay Restaurant Group, the esteemed team behind popular Seattle eateries Joule, Revel and Trove. In a nod to Son Hui’s Korean heritage, guests noshed on such notable dishes as Dungeness crab noodles, an apple-kimchi salad and braised short ribs, before gobbling up hot dogs from Chavoya’s during breaks from the (truly rocking) dance floor.
