Camas Designs is a floral design studio located in the beautiful San Juan islands. Our designs feature lush, seasonal blooms. We derive our inspiration from our incredible surroundings and source our flowers and foliage primarily from the farms of the Pacific Northwest. We’re proud to be recognized for both our design work and our customer service, supporting our motto of “locally sourced happiness”.

Working with Camas Designs was an absolute dream! Erin listened so generously to my wish list and we had such a great time talking about possibilities with local flowers, using herbs, and making it wild and beautiful. I could not have been more in love with the flowers! I had 8 bridesmaids with bouquets and flower crowns and they all looked amazing! The centerpieces were a gorgeous riot of spiky, frothy, geometric petals in all my colors. The corsages for our mothers were these awesome flower cuffs unlike anything I'd seen before. She incorporated the most lush, decadent ribbons that I will keep forever. AND she was so gracious when I had 30 guests added at the last minute and random boutonniere additions that kept on coming up to just a few days before. I am so grateful for her kindness and for sharing her amazing talents to make my wedding even more beautiful than I could imagine! Thank you so much, Erin!!!

Working with Camas Designs for our wedding was so easy and stress-free. Erin is professional, kind, calm, a clear and prompt communicator, and incredibly talented! I didn't have any specific ideas, but rather gave her some general needs and a list of colors/flowers we like and those we did not care for and asked her do her creative thing. Her work speaks for itself, and I trusted her completely to make something beautiful.
She took my vague ideas and requests and created something absolutely perfect for us and our location in the San Juan Islands! I still smile and relive the joy I felt when I think of the moment she presented me with my surprise bouquet! Our guests are still talking about the living jewelry and gorgeous table decor she created. Truly, all of it was beyond anything I could have dreamed up myself and I'm so glad we asked Erin to work with us. I knew from our first phone call that she was the best choice and that I could trust her experience and talent. Plus, she and her husband were on deer patrol at the reception site while we were at the ceremony to make sure none of the wildlife nibbled on the flowers; that is truly great service!
I wholeheartedly recommend Camas Designs for any type of event and am looking forward to the next time I can work with Erin!

Erin's care and attention to detail was on another level. She really takes the time to listen to what you're looking for. Even if you're unsure of what you're wanting (which we were in some cases) she'll bring it all together for you. Her sense of design and knowledge of flowers and plants adds a level of comfort that goes beyond other florists I met with. You will be in great hands if you chose to have her be a part of your wedding, she's just wonderful!
