"I have always loved the Hyatt! The ambiance, the theme, the service is the best! We had our wedding in the Princessa Ballroom and the experience was a delight from start to finish! We worked with Tev Marchettoni - event manager - and she was AMAZING! Our wedding was beautiful - the staff was on top of things, we got a gorgeous suite and our guests had a great time! "We held our wedding here and it was the best venue we could have chosen based on our needs--excellent catering manager/banquet staff, responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism, and service. What you get in the quality of service, food, and ambiance is well worth it. We have some of the pickiest eaters for guests as some only like Asian food (which they also make Asian dishes), but we chose more American entrees and our guests all loved the food! What made Grand Hyatt Seattle stand out are some of the following, but I can go on for a lot longer :)
- Our florist was appreciative of our catering manager/hotel staff's help--it's great when our vendors all get along
