"I hired Shug's Soda Fountain for my wedding and Colleen was fantastic to work with. We went into their shop near Pike Place for an ice cream tasting and to select our favorite flavors. She was so kind and helpful. We ended up postponing our wedding twice due to Covid and she was super responsive, communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The bike itself is adorable and the ice cream was a HUGE hit! I still have guests talking about how yummy it was. They have sorbet options for Dairy Free guests. "My husband and I used Shug’s for our July wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. We were looking for a fun alternative to the usual cake or cupcakes, and ice cream was such a hit! The entire experience was such a highlight to our wedding. It started with the most amazing ice cream tasting in their shop downtown. We probably tried 20 different ice cream flavors to come up with our top 6 that would be served at the wedding. Each flavor was so unique and delicious, it was hard to choose! They had every flavor you could ask for - sorbets, chocolate, peanut butter cups, coffee, etc. We also got complimentary prosecco during our tasting! Colleen was extremely lovely to work with, especially when we had some wedding venue issues mid-planning and she was so supportive and helpful. She really went above and beyond with helping us. Shug’s has the most picture-worthy and swoon-worthy ice cream cart that they will bring to your wedding venue and someone will scoop the ice cream for you and your guests.
