Summer Sunset Wedding on Vashon Island

Sally & Kurt hosted their quintessential summer wedding at Field & Pond on Vashon Island. They kept it classy yet casual with an ice cream cart, by Glass Bottle Creamery and a bar on wheels, by My Little Dahlia. Their ceremony was set atop a bluff overlooking the Pudget Sound with a stunning view of Mount Rainer. The reception included many personal touches, such as napkins with a drawing of the couple's dog saying the words "I do too" and imported olive oils from the mother of the groom. The wedding reception also had many fun and engaging activies, such as a silent disco and yard games that the guests were able to enjoy.  The wedding was colorful and bright, beautifully complimenting the summer day it took place on. The tent that the reception was held in was filled with beautiful flowers by Oak & Fig and lights that lit up the reception as it went into the night time. Sally and Kurt enjoyed a gorgeous summer sunset together, with a clear view of Mount Ranier in the background, captured beautifully by the wedding's photographer, Tony Asgari. The couple's personal, fun, yet classy wedding was a joy to anyone who attended.
