Whether or not you're a traditionalist, you can't deny that there's something both classic and magical about a white winter wedding. When designing a white-on-white look, texture is key. Natural elements such as organic birch, cotton pods, white succulents, phalaenopsis orchids and, of course, newly fallen snow are the perfect components to compliment an icy, etheral setting. Additionally, accenting with various textures from fur and leather to crystals, acrylic, marble, glass and quartz can help to create a flawless monochrome treatment. However, adding in hints of metallic or neutral tones are never a bad idea as they offer depth and elegance enhancing the overall look and feel. Lastly, create a romantic ambiance with sparkling white lights and candlelight to add intimacy and warmth to the atmosphere.
