THE COUPLE: Close friendship soon blossomed into more for Bjorn Johnson and Siri Lindquist during a group date at Green Lake’s Leny’s Place. Two years later, the couple went out for an after-work cruise on the family boat, where Bjorn popped the question. A family vacation to Seabrook inspired Bjorn and Siri to choose the town as a location for their wedding. “We loved the idea of it being a semi-destination wedding where we could spend an entire weekend with our guests rather than a few hours,” says the bride.

SEASIDE DIY: Friends and family joined together to help bring the couple’s Pacific Northwest wedding dreams to life. The bride’s favorite decor element was the curtain of Puget Sound oyster shells strung together by her parents as the backdrop for the altar. “It was one of those ideas I had while we were planning that ended up being better than I imagined, thanks to the help of our family.” Additional decor created and gathered by loved ones made for a very personalized, nature-inspired seaside wedding.
