COVID-19 restrictions forced Eleanor (Ellen) and Christopher to postpone their wedding and venue location, reminisces Megan Clark of Clutch Events, who planned, designed and produced the celebration. “But, that didn’t stop [the couple] from hosting a gorgeous ceremony at Dunn Gardens, and a romantic dinner at Sawyer, with 24 of their nearest and dearest friends and family, keeping all of their vendors onboard throughout the planning changes and ensuring their VIPs, including their two precious pups, were treated to a sophisticated and safe celebration. Guests were wow’d each step of the way, from a lush ceremony arch and florals created by Seattle Floral Design; a stunning, vintage-inspired tablespace; to delicious Sawyer fare. One more silver lining? The postponed date, September 20, is also Eleanor’s parents anniversary. The couple paid homage by reading them a letter thanking them during the ceremony, and later toasting them during the reception, ensuring it was a day ever filled with celebration and love.
