Awaken taste buds with a mouthwatering brunch buffet by Eastlake-based Blue Ribbon Cooking. Clockwise from top: Monte Cristo doughnut bites with fraise confiture; quail eggs Benedict with crispy prosciutto cigars; mini omelets garnished with fresh pansies and brushed pesto; “Bloody Mary” prawns, with cucumber roulades, black pepper cream cheese, fire-roasted tomatoes and vodka-poached prawns; and petite pancakes topped with beet-infused goat cheese, smoked salmon rosettes, fresh dill and caviar.
